Noosa Council Rules and Regulations:
Sunshine Beach is a truly beautiful area to visit, and we would like to help make your holiday a truly memorable one. With that in mind it is very important that we value our local residents and respect the Noosa council regulations for short term holidays (PDF attached).
To comply with the council regulations, we have formulated the following set of Crystal Shores rules:
Check-in: From 14:00 hours
Check-out: Until 10:00 hours
Smoking
Smoking of cigarettes, cigars or e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the apartments nor on the balcony. We would also appreciate no smoking on the premises please as we deem Crystal Shores a non-smoking zone.
Functions & Noise Control
Sorry, no weddings, functions, parties or schoolies. Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted, and penalties/evictions may apply if not adhered to.
Excess Noise/ Nuisance
Please kindly refrain from creating or permitting any noise or nuisance which is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any other persons occupying surrounding premises. Loud and aggressive language/behaviour will not be tolerated in any shape or form. The Noosa council has strict noise penalties for any excessive noise, light or offensive odour disturbances after 9pm.
Garbage and waste removal
Thursdays are garbage collection days; the bins must not remain curb side for longer than 24 hours. Please take down any rubbish from the apartments by Wednesday evening. There is also a green waste bin, and a yellow lid recycle bin. Please be kind to the environment and use these when you are able.

Environmental Management and Energy Saving
Noosa Council is committed to protecting its environment, natural assets and biodiversity including bushlands, waterways and the beach dune systems. Council is also moving towards a net zero emissions goal by managing its resources efficiently and sustainably as an example to the community. Guest should be encouraged to be respectful of Noosa’s natural environment and leave nothing but footprints behind. Guests should be advised that access to waterways and beaches should only be via marked public access routes and all rubbish should be taken with them after using public spaces and waterways. Guest should also be advised to turn lights and air-conditioning off when leaving the property to reduce energy consumption when possible.
Pets
Small non shedding dogs under 10kg are allowed. Please send us a confirmation photo of your furry friend. All dogs must be kept on leashes and dog excrement must be cleaned up and disposed of in the bins at the front of the property. All dogs must be always kept on a leash whilst outside on the property. Shedding dogs will cost an extra AUD 50 cleaning on top of the extra clean fee.
Cars and Parking
1 bedroom apartments; 1 car per apartment only. 3 bedroom apartment; 2 cars per apartment maximum. Any other cars must park on the street. At no point must a car obstruct the entering or departure of other cars who are authorised to be on the premises.
Valuables and Security
Valuables or personal property left at the apartment are at the guest´s own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ valuables or personal property. Outside security cameras are installed, these do not impose on any of the actual apartments but installed outside for peace of mind for our guests.
Loss and/or Damages
Guests are responsible for leaving the apartments property and facilities in good order. As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please report any breakages or damages as
soon as possible. We reserve the right to repossess the premises if the guest(s) caused unacceptable damage to the premises.

We do not accept responsibility for any alterations made to the apartment or its facilities which are beyond our control. Nor do we accept responsibility for any injury, death, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use or condition of the apartments, its plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions or force majeure. No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, vehicles, and their contents of the guests or their invitees during the period of occupation of the apartment. We reserve the right to change and or amend rates at discretion of management.
