1 Bedroom Apartments
•Price quoted is for 2 person occupancy. Additional charge applies at AUD 50 per person per night. Maximum occupancy for one bedroom apartment is 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults.
•Cleaning fee is AU$ 165 per stay includes all linen and exit clean.
•Cleaning fee is AU$ 180 per stay for peak season period.
•For stays over 1 week and above we will do a clean and change of linen midway on 7th day at AU$ 120. Additional cleaning can be requested if guests require.
3 Bedroom Apartment
•Price quoted is for 6 person occupancy. Additional charge applies at AUD 80 per person per night. Maximum occupancy for three bedroom apartment is 6 adults + 2 children.
•Cleaning fee is AU$ 350 per stay for 6 pax-includes all linen for 3x king beds and exit clean.
•Cleaning fee is AU$ 395 per stay for peak season period for Three Bedroom Apartment.
•Cleaning fee is AU$ 290 per stay for Two Bedroom Premium Apartment and One Bedroom Premium Apartment.
•Cleaning fee is AU$ 320 per stay for peak season period for Two Bedroom Premium Apartment and One Bedroom Premium Apartment.
•For stays over 1 week and above we will do a clean and change of linen midway on 7th day at AU$ 175. Additional cleaning can be requested if guests require.
Payment Terms and Cancellation
Payment by bank transfer and credit cards are accepted.
50% deposit to confirm the booking. Final payment is required at least 60 days prior to the guests arrival.

20% of the total rental amount will be charged, if the reservation cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date (High and Peak Times Only), no charge for cancellation more than 90 days for Mid and Low season.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of $250 is required for 1 bedroom apartments and $350 for 3 bedroom apartment one week before arrival. This will be be completely refunded once the property has been assessed for zero damage, zero excess cleaning and all furnishings and supplies accounted for. A damage deposit may also be used if excessive noise from guests past the reasonable hours from 10pm to 7am, greatly disturbs other guests and compensation is needed.

Please note that due to our adherence to COVID-19 cleaning policies and apartment regulations there will be an extra cleaning/ linen charge added after booking for stays of over 7 days. If your stay is 28 days you will be charged for an extra 3 cleans and changes of linen. Units 1,2,3 $120 per extra clean/ linen change, Unit 4, $175 per extra clean/linen change.

Pets
Small non shedding dogs under 10kg are allowed. Please send us a confirmation photo of your furry friend.
Shedding dogs will cost an extra AUD 50 cleaning on top of the ext clean fee.

Cars and Parking

Loss and/or Damages
Guests are responsible for leaving the apartments property and facilities in good order.
As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please report any breakages or damages as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to repossess the premises if the guest(s) caused unacceptable damage to the premises.
Valuables and Security
Valuables or personal property left at the apartment are at the guest´s own risk.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests valuables or personal property. Outside security cameras are installed, these do not impose on any of the actual apartments but installed for peace of mind for our guests.
