    Long term rentals are available upon request, please enquire at info@crystalshoressunshinebeach.com. The monthly discount will not be offered during December and January.

    1 Bedroom Apartments
    •Price quoted is for 2 person occupancy. Additional charge applies at AUD 50 per person per night. Maximum occupancy for one bedroom apartment is 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 165 per stay includes all linen and exit clean.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 180 per stay for peak season period.  
    •For stays over 1 week and above we will do a clean and change of linen midway on 7th day at AU$ 120. Additional cleaning can be requested if guests require.

    3 Bedroom Apartment
    Price quoted is for 6 person occupancy. Additional charge applies at AUD 80 per person per night. Maximum occupancy for three bedroom apartment is 6 adults + 2 children.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 350 per stay for 6 pax-includes all linen for 3x king beds and exit clean.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 395 per stay for peak season period for Three Bedroom Apartment.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 290 per stay for Two Bedroom Premium Apartment and One Bedroom Premium Apartment.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 320 per stay for peak season period for Two Bedroom Premium Apartment and One Bedroom Premium Apartment.
    •For stays over 1 week and above we will do a clean and change of linen midway on 7th day at AU$ 175. Additional cleaning can be requested if guests require.

    Payment Terms and Cancellation
    Payment by bank transfer and credit cards are accepted.
    50% deposit to confirm the booking. Final payment is required at least 60 days prior to the guests arrival.
    20% of the total rental amount will be charged, if the reservation cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date (High and Peak Times Only), no charge for cancellation more than 90 days for Mid and Low season. 
    50% of the total rental amount will be charged, if the reservation cancelled between 60 - 90 days prior to arrival date.
    100% of the total rental amount will be charged, if the reservation cancelled between 0 - 60 days prior to arrival date.

    Damage Deposit
    A damage deposit of $250 is required for 1 bedroom apartments and $350 for 3 bedroom apartment one week before arrival. This will be be completely refunded once the property has been assessed  for zero damage, zero excess cleaning and all furnishings and supplies accounted for. A damage deposit may also be used if excessive noise from guests past the reasonable hours from 10pm to 7am, greatly disturbs other guests and compensation is needed.

    Extra Cleaning Charge for Longer Stays
    Please note that due to our adherence to COVID-19 cleaning policies and apartment regulations there will be an extra cleaning/ linen charge added after booking for stays of over 7 days. If your stay is 28 days you will be charged for an extra 3 cleans and changes of linen. Units 1,2,3 $120 per extra clean/ linen change, Unit 4, $175 per extra clean/linen change.

    Smoking
    Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments nor on the balcony. We would also appreciate no smoking on the premises please. 

    Functions & Noise Control 
    Sorry, no weddings, functions, parties or schoolies. Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.

    Excess Noise/ Nuisance
    Please kindly refrain from creating or permitting any noise or nuisance which is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any other persons occupying surrounding premises. The Noosa council has strict noise penalty for any disturbances after 10pm. 

    Pets
    Small non shedding dogs under 10kg are allowed. Please send us a confirmation photo of your furry friend. 
    Shedding dogs will cost an extra AUD 50 cleaning on top of the ext clean fee. 

    Cars and Parking
    1 bedroom apartments; 1 car per apartment only. 3 bedroom apartment; 2 cars per apartment maximum. Any other cars must park on the street. 

    Loss and/or Damages
    Guests are responsible for leaving the apartments property and facilities in good order.
    As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please report any breakages or damages as soon as possible.
    We reserve the right to repossess the premises if the guest(s) caused unacceptable damage to the premises.

    Valuables and Security
    Valuables or personal property left at the apartment are at the guest´s own risk.
    We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests valuables or personal property. Outside security cameras are installed, these do not impose on any of the actual apartments but installed for peace of mind for our guests.

"Great Place for a group Stay.
Our small group enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much and it was perfect for our needs. Communication with Jodie was easy and the check-in /check-out process very simple. Great location close to Sunshine Beach main street and the surf club. Surprisingly not overly noisy either for being so close to the main street. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully styled and very well equipped. Was nice to stay in an apartment with more than enough crockery , wine glasses etc, and it may be a small thing but I really appreciated some decent sharp knives to prepare meals. Balcony is huge with plenty of seating, both here and in the living and dining areas. BBQ worked well. The apartment was very clean with plenty of supplies to keep it that way, which I liked. Great appliances, including very quiet Washer and dryer. Excellent. The bedrooms were all very generous in size, and were configured with three king-sized beds, so no-one had to miss out and sleep in single beds, although this is an option if required. Overall, a terrific place to stay, I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Jodie"

"Probably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever been in.
Absolutely spotless! Great location , walking distance to Sunshine beach , shops, cafes and the surfclub. A short drive to Noosa beach and center but great to come back to a much calmer atmosphere. Air con cooled the apt well during hot days but also gets a great ocean breeze. A very comfortable stay with everything you need!!"”
