    Long term rentals are available upon request, please enquire at info@crystalshoressunshinebeach.com. The monthly discount will not be offered during December and January.

    1 Bedroom Apartments
    •Price quoted is for 2 person occupancy. Additional charge applies at AUD 50 per person per night.
    Maximum occupancy for one bedroom apartment is 2 adults + 1 child.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 170 per stay includes all linen and exit clean.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 185 per stay for peak season period.  
    •For stays over 1 week and above we will do a clean and change of linen midway on 7th day at AU$ 125. Additional cleaning can be requested if guests require.

    3 Bedroom Apartment
    Price quoted is for 6 person occupancy. Additional charge applies at AUD 80 per person per night.
    Maximum occupancy for three bedroom apartment is 6 pax.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 355 per stay for 6 pax-includes all linen for 3x king beds and exit clean.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 400 per stay for peak season period for Three Bedroom Apartment.
    •Cleaning fee is AU$ 295 per stay for Two Bedroom Premium Apartment and One Bedroom Premium Apartment.
    •For stays over 1 week and above we will do a clean and change of linen midway on 7th day at AU$ 180. Additional cleaning can be requested if guests require.

    Long Terms Rental
    •All apartments may be available for longer term rental upon request and availability.
    •A 20% discount will be offered for stays over 28 days on the accommodation cost only.
    •Cleaning cost will still apply for longer term rentals.
    •A security deposit will apply for any booking over 2 weeks. For unit 1,2,3 this will be $350 and Unit 4 will be $450.
    •This security deposit will be refunded after departure and once the apartments have been assessed for any damage/missing items.

    Payment Terms and Cancellation
    Payment by bank transfer and credit cards are accepted.
    50% deposit to confirm the booking. Final payment is required at least 60 days prior to the guests arrival.
    20% of the total rental amount will be charged, if the reservation cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date (High and Peak Times Only), no charge for cancellation more than 90 days for Mid and Low season. 
    50% of the total rental amount will be charged, if the reservation cancelled between 60 - 90 days prior to arrival date.
    100% of the total rental amount will be charged, if the reservation cancelled between 0 - 60 days prior to arrival date.

    Extra Cleaning Charge for Longer Stays
    Please note that our cleaning policies and apartment regulations there will be an extra cleaning/ linen charge added after booking for stays of over 7 days. If your stay is 28 days you will be charged for an extra 3 cleans and changes of linen. Units 1,2,3 $125 per extra clean/ linen change, Unit 4, $180 per extra clean/linen change.

    Smoking
    Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments nor on the balcony. We would also appreciate no smoking on the premises please. 

    Functions & Noise Control 
    Sorry, no weddings, functions, parties or schoolies. Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.

    Excess Noise/ Nuisance
    Please kindly refrain from creating or permitting any noise or nuisance which is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any other persons occupying surrounding premises. The Noosa council has strict noise penalty for any disturbances after 10pm. 

    Pets
    • Non-Shedding dogs under 10kg are permitted without charge. Please send us a confirmation photo of your furry friend.
    • Shedding dogs and larger dogs over 10kg will incur an extra cost of AUD $50 on top of the regular cleaning fee.
    • Your pet dog must not be left alone if they are barkers.
    • Dog poop must be scooped up and disposed of in the rubbish bins.
    • Dog blankets MUST be used on the couch and dogs must be toilet trained to go outside.
    • If there signs that dogs have been to the toilet inside extra fees of up to $300 will apply if it involves rug cleaning.

    Cars and Parking
    1 bedroom apartments; 1 car per apartment only. 3 bedroom apartment; 2 cars per apartment maximum. Any other cars must park on the street. 

    Loss and/or Damages
    Guests are responsible for leaving the apartments property and facilities in good order.
    As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please report any breakages or damages as soon as possible.
    We reserve the right to repossess the premises if the guest(s) caused unacceptable damage to the premises.

    Valuables and Security
    Valuables or personal property left at the apartment are at the guest´s own risk.
    We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests valuables or personal property. Outside security cameras are installed, these do not impose on any of the actual apartments but installed for peace of mind for our guests.

Very helpful, accomodating host. Could watch the sunrise from balcony. Friendly magpies. Easy access to NP trails. Morning coffee down the road. Washing machine. Open plan living area. Great shower ???? Beach was walking distance. Big comfy bed. Beach towels supplied to borrow.

Very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment in a perfect location.

Apartment was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. King Bed is luxuriously comfortable. Location is perfect, only a few minutes to walk to restaurants and beach.

Fantastic views, beautiful apartment
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Fantastic views of the water, the unit was equipped with everything we needed, we needed assistance with changing the air conditioning and someone was there to help us straight away. Highly recommend! We will be back!
